Weekend Rates

For two nights: 4:00 P.M. Friday to noon Sunday. Price is total charge, not daily.

Getaway for two people, no visitors, one vehicle, 1-2 nights

  • 1 or 2 nights same charge
  • Refundable damage/dirty house deposit of $100.00 required
  • Only available less than 30 days in advance
  • $400.00 must be prepaid in full to confirm
  • $50.00 cancellation penalty would apply
  • Additional available days $100.00 each

Small groups – two nights

  • Maximum of six (6) people
  • Refundable damage/dirty house deposit of $100.00 required
  • Only available less than 30 days in advance
  • $550.00 must be prepaid in full to confirm
  • $100.00 cancellation penalty
  • Additional available days $150.00 each

Small/Weddings/Reunions two nights

  • Maximum of 250 people (6 people overnight in Haid House)
  • Refundable damage/dirty house deposit of $300.00 required
  • See Policies and Rental Information sheet for specifics on confirmation,
    payment and cancellation
  • ANY WEDDING HAVING A TENT IS CONSIDERED A LARGE WEDDING
  • Free use of the Chestnut Cabin directly across from the Haid House
    is included if the Chestnut Cabin is in service.

Large/Weddings/Reunions two nights

  • Maximum of 50 people (6 people overnight in Haid House)
  • Refundable damage/dirty house deposit of $200.00 required
  • See Policies and Rental Information sheet for specifics on confirmation,
    payment and cancellation
  • ANY WEDDING HAVING A TENT IS CONSIDERED A LARGE WEDDING
  • Free use of the Chestnut Cabin directly across from the Haid House
    is included if the Chestnut Cabin is in service.

  • Maximum six (6) people overnight
  • Up to twenty (20) people – day use only (8a.m. to 6p.m.)
  • Refundable damage/dirty house deposit of $100.00 required
  • $400.00 must be prepaid in full to confirm

Large Groups – one night

$400
  • Fifty (50) people maximum day use (six people overnight)
  • Add a second or third available night for $200.00 each night
  • Refundable damage/dirty house deposit of $200.00 required
  • $100.00 cancellation penalty

  • $200.00 cancellation penalty if cancelled in writing more than 60 days
    ahead, otherwise only $200.00 refunded
