Standard Wedding Package with Barn and Black Bear Lodge

Small groups– two nights

  • Refundable damage/dirty house deposit of $100.00 required
  • Only available less than 90 days in advance
  • $700.00 must be prepaid in full to confirm (no split payments)
  • $200.00 cancellation penalty if cancelled in writing more than 60 days
    ahead, otherwise only $200.00 refunded
  • Additional available days $150.00 each

Large Groups - One Weekday

  • 100 people maximum day use (up to six people overnight)
  • Add a second or third available night for $200.00 each night
  • Refundable/dirty house deposit of $300.00 required
  • $100.00 cancellation penalty

  • Black Bear Lodge can be added for $600.00 (Fri-Sun)
  • Barn with chairs and tables for 50 guests can be added for $600.00

Getaway for two (1-2 nights)

  • 1 or 2 nights same charge, no visitors or parties
  • Refundable damage/dirty house deposit of $100.00 required
  • Only available less than 30 days in advance
  • $500.00 must be prepaid to confirm
  • $200.00 cancellation penalty would apply
  • Additional available days $150.00 each (if available)

Barn Option

The barn is a 30` by 50` Civil War era hand-hewn barn built by Benedict Haid and his family. It is included in the Standard Wedding Package along with 128 chairs and 18 tables. It can be added to the Small Wedding Package for an additional $600.00 which includes tables and chairs in the barn for up to 50 guests.

There are no cooking or cleaning facilities at the Barn, so it is only available to those renting the Haid House. There are tables and matching chairs for 128 guests. The Barn has special remote controlled LED lighting for effects to make your event special. We provide one Port-O-Potty with hand washing options at the Barn for the convenience of guests.
